Brief
Refit occupied hotel guest rooms and the function spaces without closing the hotel.
Constraints
A live hotel. Work runs floor by floor around guests, with noise windows and a lift shared with the public.
Programme
Phased by floor so rooms return to sale as they finish, rather than the whole block being out at once.
Outcome
34 rooms plus the ballroom and function rooms delivered. ING also held the maintenance contract for the property.
